Meldet's Terms & Conditions — In Plain Language

These terms and conditions apply to the Meldet platform (meldet.best) and all of its associated services. By using meldet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

Meldet provides online betting and casino gaming services for players in Bangladesh. To use the platform you must be at least 18 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.

Although these terms are provided in Bengali, the English version shall be considered the definitive reference in the event of any discrepancy. meldet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time — registered users will be notified of any changes via email or SMS.

Each individual may hold only one account on Meldet. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be confiscated.

You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal — a copy of your NID or passport will be required. Accounts found to have been registered with false information will be closed.

Meldet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Each payment channel has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are kept up to date on the payments page.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. For larger amounts (above ৳50,000), additional verification may be required — up to 48 hours. meldet charges no processing fees, though your payment provider's charges may apply.

Meldet regularly offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special tournament prizes. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after a specified wagering requirement has been completed. The calculation is straightforward: bonus amount × wagering multiplier = total amount to wager.

Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited. Your real deposited funds will not be affected in any way.

Once a bet is confirmed on Meldet, it cannot be changed. Always review the odds, stake, and event details carefully before placing your bet. No cancellations are possible after confirmation.

For Sports Betting, if a match does not take place within 48 hours of its scheduled time but is played at a later date, the bet will generally remain valid. Bets on cancelled matches, however, will be refunded. Detailed Sports Betting rules for each sport can be found in the respective section.

If a Live Casino round is left incomplete due to a technical fault, meldet will refund the bet placed on that round. Decisions will be based on server records — screenshots provided by users will not be accepted as valid evidence.

Meldet believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. With that in mind, we've put protective measures in place for every player. Using these tools isn't a sign of weakness; it's smart gaming.

In your account settings, you can set a daily deposit limit, session time limit, loss limit, and self-exclusion option. Activating self-exclusion allows you to close your account for a minimum of 7 days up to a maximum of 5 years. During this period, no bonus or promotional messages will be sent to you.

To voluntarily close your account, contact support via live chat or email. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure. In the case of self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened before the selected period has ended.

Meldet is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from gaming. Gaming is inherently a risk-based activity, and by participating you are deemed to have accepted that risk knowingly.

Meldet is not liable for any bets lost due to technical issues (server outages, internet disconnections). However, if you contact our support team in such cases, each situation will be reviewed and appropriate action taken. Our goal is always to be fair to our players.

Meldet may amend these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance via SMS to their registered mobile number or through an in-platform announcement.

Continuing to use meldet after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
